List of Requirements for SENIOR CITIZENS CARD (new)

  • Must be 60 years old, Filipino citizen and a bonafide resident of  Guiguinto
  • Three (3) ID pictures - 1" x 1"

NOTE: The Senior Citizen's Card is FREE.

If applying for a replacement Senior Citizen Card:

  • Barangay Report re: loss of original SC Card
  •  Affidavit of Loss
